Steps

  1. Load Poison-204 and Choose Osc Type

Add an instance of the Poison-204 plugin to your Channel Rack. Select one of the four oscillator types (Saw, Square, Triangle, Sine) for each of the independent oscillators to form your base sound.

  2. Sculpt with Filters

Utilize the dual 'Filter' sections to shape your sound. Adjust 'Cutoff' and 'Resonance' for both filters, and explore different 'Filter Types' (e.g., LP, HP, BP) to create unique tonal characteristics.

  3. Modulate Parameters

Assign the LFOs and Envelopes (ENV1, ENV2) to modulate parameters like pitch, filter cutoff, or oscillator volume. This adds dynamic movement and expressiveness to your patches.

  4. Apply Built-in Effects

Engage Poison-204's integrated effects section. Experiment with the 'Chorus', 'Delay', 'Reverb', and 'Phaser' modules to add space, width, and character to your sounds, fine-tuning their amount and parameters.
