Music-Prod.com offers digital subscription services. Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are handled according to the terms outlined below.

2. 7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided that:

• You have not downloaded any samples, presets, or course materials
• You have not accessed premium course content beyond preview materials

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@music-prod.com with:

• Your account email address
• Date of purchase
• Reason for refund request (optional)

We will process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT available if:

• More than 7 days have passed since purchase
• You have downloaded any samples, presets, or course resources
• You have accessed premium course video content
• Your account has been terminated for Terms of Service violations

5. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Billing page. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No refund is provided for partial billing periods
• Content downloaded before cancellation remains yours to use per our license terms

6. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account termination. Please reach out to us first - we are happy to resolve issues directly.
