Sample License Agreement

Sample License Agreement for Music-Prod.com - Royalty-free license terms for downloaded audio samples and content.

1. License Grant

Music-Prod.com, operated by Runity IT, grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use downloaded audio samples ("Content") in your music productions, subject to the terms below.

2. Permitted Uses

You MAY use downloaded Content for:

  • Personal music projects (demos, practice, learning)
  • Commercial music releases (songs, albums, EPs)
  • Sync licensing (TV, film, advertising, games)
  • Live performances
  • Streaming and digital distribution (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.)
  • YouTube videos and social media content
  • Client work and commissioned productions

3. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Resell or redistribute: Share, sell, or give away Content in its original form or as part of a sample pack, sound library, or preset bank
  • Claim ownership: Register Content as your own intellectual property or claim copyright over unmodified samples
  • Create derivative sample products: Use Content as the basis for samples, loops, or presets intended for sale or free distribution
  • NFT/Blockchain: Mint or sell Content as NFTs or use in blockchain-based products without significant transformation

4. Integration Requirement

Content must be incorporated into a larger musical work. You cannot release Content as standalone audio files, isolated loops, or minimally altered versions.

5. No Transfer

This license is personal to you. You may not transfer, sublicense, or share your account access or downloaded Content with others.

6. Attribution

Attribution is not required but appreciated. You may credit "Samples from Music-Prod.com" in your release notes if you wish.

7. Ownership

Runity IT retains all intellectual property rights to the original Content. Your license grants usage rights only, not ownership.

8. Termination

This license remains valid even after your subscription ends. Content downloaded during an active subscription may continue to be used in perpetuity per these terms. However, violation of these terms may result in license revocation.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Content is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that Content is free from third-party claims (though we make every effort to ensure originality).
