By accessing and using Music-Prod.com (the "Service"), operated by Runity IT ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

Music-Prod.com provides a subscription-based platform for downloading royalty-free audio samples, accessing music production courses, and utilizing production tools. Access to certain features requires an active paid subscription.

3. User Accounts

To access our Service, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly). Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.

5. Permitted Use

Content downloaded from Music-Prod.com may be used in your personal and commercial music productions without royalty payments. However, you may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, or share downloaded content in its original or substantially similar form
Include downloaded content in sample packs or sound libraries for sale or free distribution
Claim ownership or copyright over downloaded content
Use automated systems to bulk-download content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on Music-Prod.com remain the intellectual property of Runity IT or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use downloaded content as specified in Section 5.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or any behavior that harms the Service or other users.

8. Limitation of Liability

Music-Prod.com is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable EU member state.
