Steps
Select the Export Range
In Arrangement View, set a loop brace over the section you want to export by dragging in the timeline area above the tracks. The export will cover this exact range.
Open the Export Dialog
Go to File > Export Audio/Video, or press Ctrl+Shift+R (Cmd+Shift+R on Mac).
Configure Export Settings
Choose the Rendered Track (Master for the full mix, or individual tracks). Set the file type (WAV, AIFF, FLAC, or MP3), sample rate (44100 Hz is standard), and bit depth (16-bit for distribution, 24-bit for further mixing).
Export the File
Click Export. Choose a destination folder and filename. Ableton will render the audio offline and save it to your chosen location.
