Steps

  1. Enter Key Map Mode

Press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on Mac) or click the KEY button in the top-right corner of the screen. The interface highlights in orange to indicate Key Map Mode is active.

  2. Assign a Key

Click on any control you want to map (a button, fader, knob, clip launch, etc.). Then press the key on your computer keyboard you want to assign to it. The mapping appears in the Key Mapping Browser on the left.

  3. View and Edit Mappings

While in Key Map Mode, the left panel shows all active key assignments. You can set Min/Max values for each mapping to limit the range of control.

  4. Exit Key Map Mode

Press Ctrl+K (Cmd+K) again or click the KEY button to exit. Your key mappings are now active and will be saved with the Live Set.
