How to close Logic Pro without saving

Learn how to close Logic Pro without saving your current project changes.

Steps

  1. Initiate Quit or Close

    Go to Logic Pro > Quit Logic Pro (Command+Q) or click the red X button on the project window.

  2. Respond to Save Prompt

    If you have unsaved changes, Logic Pro will ask: Do you want to save the changes?

  3. Choose Don't Save

    Click Don't Save to close without preserving any unsaved modifications.

  4. Multiple Projects

    If you had multiple unsaved projects open and chose Quit, this prompt appears for each one.
