Steps
Show Track Delay Section
Ensure the 'Track Delay' section is visible in Ableton Live's Mixer. If not, right-click on the title bar of any track and select 'Track Delay' from the context menu.
Adjust Track Delay Value
Locate the 'Delay' field for the desired track, situated above the Pan control. Enter a positive value (e.g., 20 ms) to delay the track, or a negative value (e.g., -10 ms) to advance it.
Compensate for Plugin Latency (Automated)
By default, Ableton Live's 'Delay Compensation' in the Options menu is enabled, which automatically adjusts for plugin latency. Verify 'Options > Delay Compensation' is checked for optimal phase alignment.
Group Tracks and Adjust Together
To apply the same delay to multiple tracks, select them, then right-click and choose 'Group Tracks' (Ctrl+G or Cmd+G). Adjust the 'Delay' value on the newly created Group Track to affect all contained tracks simultaneously.
