Steps

  1. Select Tracks to Group

In either Session View or Arrangement View, select the tracks you wish to group. You can do this by clicking on the first track, then holding Shift and clicking on the last track, or by holding Ctrl/Cmd and clicking individual tracks.

  2. Create the Group Track

With your desired tracks selected, right-click on any of the selected track titles and choose "Group Tracks" from the context menu. Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+G (Windows) or Cmd+G (macOS) to instantly create a new Group Track containing your selection.

  3. Rename and Manage Group

The newly created Group Track will appear above the grouped tracks. Double-click on its title to rename it to something descriptive, like "Drums Group" or "Synths." You can now collapse or expand the group by clicking the triangle icon next to its name, allowing for better project organization.
