Apple has officially released Logic Pro 12, and the headline feature is a groundbreaking AI-powered stem separation tool that runs entirely on-device using the Neural Engine.

The new Stem Splitter module allows producers to isolate vocals, drums, bass, and other instruments from any audio file in real-time. Unlike cloud-based alternatives, everything processes locally on your Mac, ensuring zero latency and complete privacy.

Beyond stem separation, Logic Pro 12 introduces a redesigned mixer with inline EQ visualization, a new spatial audio workflow for Apple Vision Pro, and over 200 new Apple Loops focused on electronic and hip-hop production.
